He started his career in 2011 and worked with ENR Top 10 listed construction companies such as Bechtel Cooperation. Oguzhan played a significant role in delivering international construction projects such as Muscat International Airport (650,000 m²), Kazakhstan History Museum (174,000 m²), OKO Towers (300,000 m²), and London City Airport (24,000 m²). He holds a BSC in Civil Engineering.

Project Director, Guven holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering, bringing more than 45 years of international experience to his profession. Over the course of his career, he has overseen and delivered numerous major, high-profile construction projects across Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Germany. His expertise is founded on strong technical proficiency, a diverse global project portfolio, and a commitment to advancing scientific and technological innovation in the industry. With over five years of experience working in the UK, Guven’s extensive knowledge and background have become one of the company’s most valuable assets.

Tugba is a Design Coordinator & QC Manager with over 10 years of experience in architecture, design coordination, and project delivery across corporate, healthcare, and retail sectors. She has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and managed projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with design standards, quality requirements, and client expectations. Her expertise includes Design & Build, fit-out, refurbishment, and quality management, with a strong focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Tugba is committed to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions while maintaining efficiency, technical excellence, and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

Project Director, Baris is a seasoned architect with broad international experience, including major projects like the Riyadh Metro and Muscat International Airport. He has been based in the UK since 2020 and joined OKTA at the end of 2022, where he has since delivered three high-end luxury projects with OKTA. His expertise spans construction management, project management, and high-quality fit-out finishes.

Mayra is a Quantity Surveyor with experience across a range of construction projects, including hospitality, residential, commercial and fit-out schemes. She is involved in procurement, valuations, cost reporting, variations and subcontractor management, supporting projects from early stages through to completion.

Mayra takes a practical and detail focused approach, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to help deliver projects efficiently and commercially.

Site Manager, Taylan Takmaz holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Project Management. Since beginning his career in 2011, he has contributed to the successful delivery of a wide range of residential, commercial, façade, and high-end fit-out projects.

Since relocating to the UK in 2021, Taylan has worked on several prestigious multi-million-pound developments, including Whiteley Redevelopment, Park Modern Hyde Park, and Hammersmith Civic Campus. His experience includes construction management, programme coordination, subcontractor management, quality control, and health and safety, with a strong focus on delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Project Manager, Ugur holds a BArch (Hons) in Architecture and specialises in the project management and multidisciplinary coordination of high-value refurbishment and fit-out projects. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the design, construction, and successful delivery of projects with values exceeding £10 million.

Some of the projects he has contributed to include the award-winning Four Seasons Life, Royal Sun, and Riverside developments in Cyprus, as well as the Grade II Listed 2 Chesham Hotel, Grade II Listed Stuart House, 64 Redcliffe Gardens, 22 Victoria Road, and a number of high-end residential refurbishment projects across London.

Ugur joined OKTA Construction in 2026, where he continues to deliver complex projects through strong technical coordination, effective project management, and a collaborative approach.
