Located in the heart of Shoreditch, 17 Corsham Street is a new hospitality and wellness destination currently under development.

Appointed as main contractor, OKTA Construction is delivering the complete fit-out package across approximately 4,000 sqm, transforming the development from shell stage through to final handover. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the project marks another addition to OKTA's growing portfolio of hospitality destinations across London.
