The work comprised the extension (including new basement storey) and full refurbishment (external and internal) of the Grade II Listed property known as 54 Egerton Crescent, London, SW3 2ED. This Grade II listed building is an important piece of London`s history and a beautiful example of Victorian architecture. Acting as main contractor, OKTA is responsible to complete the internal renovations and new basement floor on the five-storey property.
