OKTA is delivering the construction of a 1,278 m² hospitality project in Riva, on Istanbul’s northern coastline.

Overlooking the Black Sea, the building brings together gastronomy, social spaces and wellness. Its linear street frontage curves towards the sea, framing a sheltered courtyard and opening the interiors to expansive coastal views. Positioned at the end of a wider development’s central axis, the project connects the surrounding neighbourhood to the waterfront.
